Someone gets put in a position of power that most have 0 direct control over.
Names are called, insults and allegations are made and given.
People claiming they'll leave to go elsewhere, but few have the conviction to stay there because for it's faults they left the best place around still.
People in power spying. Maybe not on you personally, but possibly.
