Although he was accused of criminal activity, it seems nothing was ever actually filed with the police. :P
Since nothing was ever filled with the police and enough time has past only the accused and the accuser know the truth.

exactly. It was dumb of the "victim" to go to Dragoneer instead of the police which It my book forfeits her statement.. its like getting shot and posting on facebook or FA in this case instead of going straight to the hospital... whether it happened or not. it is still no one elses business other than the accused and the victim

Read up on the incident. There's a lot more going on then just someone accusing someone else of rape. And even if there wasn't it still makes sense for people to be done with FA's longstanding bullshit.
