I feel ya. :/ I'm kinda busy too, though am making this year the one where I start my life and make things right-- if you're doing anything similar, then that's a great kind of busy to be!

Holidays were rough. I am still adjusting to life without my dad (this is my 3rd Christmas since he passed), hopefully the pain of loss will fade in time.

As far as making things right. I've been working on with some really exciting new tech at work and have taken to it like a duck to water. It' a lot of fun but I had some hard deadlines to hit and it required lots of overtime.

On one hand, the OT pay is really nice, on the other hand, when my work efforts sour, my creative efforts fall and vice versa.

I need balance and it seems the only way I'm gonna achieve it is with some serious life changes, including finding a new job.

Change is hard, but I'll keep plugging away. I've never given up on anything, so I'm not gonna start now. :)
