I've been working at DQ for about 7 months now, doing well i might add, still making mistakes here and there, but nobody is flawless.
My bitch boss still has the audacity to say "I hate working with you, why can't you do anything right?"
Well sorry gee shit if i have bad memory and bad focus!
I'm trying to better myself everyday but all you want to do is tell me off and yell at me.
Not once can i recall her saying good job or nice work!
Last night....
Last fucking night...
"I only keep you around cause i feel sorry for you, when i gave you that raise, you didnt deserve it, but i gave it to you, i keep you around cause i know you'll get fired in 2 days anywhere else i guarantee you that! Nobody here really wants to work with you or be rude to your face, so i have to do so!"
Way to break my confidence of succeeding at life...

I just dont know what i can do anymore...
The biggest problem is that shes nice to everyone else, but they know shes rude to me.
Even more so, the big boss personally hired her from the other location to fire almost everyone of the last crew.
I cant say to the boss that she is being extremely rude when i make a mistake or if im at the wrong place at the wrong time.
Seriously, she nags at me because i cant take drive through WHEN MY HAND ARE FULL AND I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!
She just scoffs, "Oh my god..." and continues to demoralize me.
BUT!
I'm in the wedge of her sanity.
She cant fire me for two reasons.
1. We are low on staff and cant hire at the moment.
2. If she does, i play the emo "sorry and thanks for everything" to come back a few days later with my bro and poison it with "My brother almost killed himself for how you kept on treating him like shit!" I;d be silent, mopey and depressed and if she says anything about me in a bad manner, get up, leave.
When that occurs, the others will learn about it quickly and the festering can begin...
