Should i get a dog?

I mean i love pugs but should i?,i am not 100% sure yet so i wanted ask you guys
Also here is what i am looking in a dog
small to toy size
low maintenance
doesn't need that much execersize (cause i'm pretty lazy)
easy to train
okay with other animals (and by other animals i mean my cat)
loves to snuggle (that reason is my cats fault)
so do you know any breeds with these traits?, cause if you do then i want that breed
