You have a great voice, with only a light accent. Words like 'there'. It's not thick, like Pickles from Dethklok-thick.

I don't think your accent is terribly thick. I mean, I think there's a bit of one there, but I'm honestly surprised someone could tell you were Minnesotan just by hearing your voice. The only things that really stood out to me were how you pronounced "coupon" and "pecan," but then again, I've been living up here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes since last Summer so I may have just become acclimated. x3

Oh, and I suppose the whole business of calling soft-drinks "pop" is still foreign to me, but there are a lot of other places that do that aside from Minnesota -- even in the northern part of my home state of Illinois -- so I couldn't exactly use that to place you.

I'm guessing that a lot of this comes from growing up in a region. Calling pop, "pop" is something I only do because I grew up calling Royal Crown (aka "R.C." ... my favorite), "pop". Most of my friends who moved to this area brought their "soda" with them, however.

I also have to think that I have an urban accent as opposed to an out-state, up-north, or Iron Range accent. Maybe that's why it's so "mild".
