Never really thought of your character to have chub, seemed more like average weight looking to me. But I see your point, all I can say is go with what makes you comfortable, it does feel weird not having a connection with your fursona, so the more relatible, the better in my opinion.

I actually do that kinda in the reverse, I'm trying to make my body type more like my fursona...if that even makes sense. XD but yeah, if you do go with changing the body type of your fursona, then good luck, and can't wait to see how it turns out. ^^

Well the main problem is that people didn't really draw him correctly because for the longest time I didn't have a reference. But if I even get around to it, I'll probably do one of those body shape memes, where you basically trace a photo of yourself including all of your scars, freckles, bruises, etc, and draw your sona into it :3

I'll tell you why my fursona is were :3

I'm tall, I am about 1.98-2 meters, for some reason I didn't like to people say me "wow! you're pretty tall!" etc, I really didn't like to be tall.

So one day I thought that maybe If I make my fursona become tall, extremelly tall in a way I like it, I could see my height as something good. So I become my fursona a weredog of 2.25 meters height, and I started to see my height in a different way, I'm more comfortable now with my height and with my fursona, something I didn't like it now I see it in a way I like it.

I think you can see my point, think about it and keep me updated of what are you gonna do.

That's actually a really good point^^ I hate being extremely thin, but making my fursona the same just kinda seems like the right thing to do. But if I make him as thin as me but in a way I could be proud of, it'll probably help me be more proud of myself too^^ Thanks man!^^
