Hey everyone, just a quick update!

I haven't forgotten about anyone, I've almost cleared my old queue and plan to be on a clean slate for 2014 starting February 1st!

Thank you for all your patience, for those who want refunds, please note me privately and we can work something out. For those wiling to wait, you are awesome and I really appreciate it. I've definitely learned my lesson the hard way when it comes to queues. Smaller queues for this shiningcat from here on out!
