An Exercise in Pain?

Running the snowblower with a bad back was probably not the smartest thing I've ever done. But it needed doing as the city plow left a 3 foot high pile at the end of the driveway and Jade and Snow are out on a grocery run. Plow came through after they left. I go cry now and die.

I am on Tramadol since I fell back in December. It doesn't really do much honestly but keep me off working

Ouch! Not much I can say but good luck. Back pain can be quite quirky.
