yeh, she received a response from the contact at tumblr saying the person still gets to keep the rights, but the wording states transferable right and license, which would lead me to believe that tumblr gets off the hook, but everyone else still has to respect the rights

yeh there was a journal and issue in regards to if you post stuff on tumblr and then other people reposting it or something of the sort. it was a while back and i think it was resolved. I still wouldnt want to put personal work there anyways, too spammy.
