Hi guys! I really, really want to start taking reference sheet/concept art commissions, but I don't have any (current) examples. I'm currently working on one with a friend, but multiple examples are key! That's where you, my lovely watchers come in!
Have an awesome character idea? An idea for a brand new species? Can't afford a reference sheet right now?
You're in luck - I'm going to be taking one ABSOLUTELY FREE 'concept art package'. ($100+ value)
What this includes:
~three view (front, back, side) painted reference sheet
~5 headshot expressions (3 to be included on the actual reference sheet)
~3 sketches of your character in action
~all progress sketches/lineart

~Because of the scope of this commission type, I like to stay in easy contact with my client. Therefore, you MUST be able to add me on Skype so that we can message back and forth. Trust me, it'll be a lot easier for both of us.
~If you're not sure what you'd like but have a general idea, no problem! I am completely willing to send you several design and ultimately color passes until you're happy.
~Any species is fine - made up ones are awesome!
~Anthro or feral are both fine! Weird creatures are awesome!
~On the same note, if I feel like one of your ideas will detract from the design, I will let you know my opinion - however, in the end, the final say is yours.
~Since it can be long a process, you MUST be patient and be willing to wait. Paid commissions will absolutely take priority over any free art.
~Only watchers, please!
If you're still interested, please post below, with as much detail as you can, your idea for a character AND/OR any art that already exists. This will remain open until I find a commission I'm willing to take on. I will choose whichever interests me the most/whichever I feel has the most potential. Originality = more likely to be chosen.

The fox part consist of his face and ears, his lion part is his tail and he has a fluffy mane that is under his chin (like a chest fluff), his hedgehog part he has the ability to have quills sprout out from his hair and his mane AND he can ball up like a real hedgehog without injuring himself.
He has long girly hair in the back (down to his mid back).
He is usually a fighter and a gamer at heart, loves to have friends around him, is shy and feels lonely a lot of the times.

Eyes: I want cute eyes, Brown. She should have cute black flirty eye-lashes.
Hair: I want her hair to be like Short/Long wavy straight.
With base color brown and with black streaks in hair/bangs.
Fur: Soft to the touch brown/tan fur for base color.
Markings: I want the same design markings are ground squirrel has. Browns, Dark browns, cream colors etc.
Tail: I want the style to be CUTE and long poofed and furry like the ground squirrels.

Essentially, What i'm looking for is a more 50/50 hybrid split between the wolf form and dragon. The skin in the second reference is what i'm sticking with, but the rest of the character would need to be altered to better showcase the look, such as scaled bridge on the muzzle, better crest of horns than the parts I'm using now in the second life mod. The legs are meant to have that wolven feel to them but with the back claw that a dragon would have as well as a bit bigger foot paws to showcase the mixed species, perhaps even plated scales covering the top of the toes and front of the legs themselves.
The character itself is intended to be male, but often times I go male herm or female herm when it suits me so very flexible on that by far
So, over all plenty of ideas on my side, but I'm hardly a designer and wouldn't know what would flow together with the form as a whole, so perfectly willing to work with someone that knows these things better than I.
Either way, thank you for the offer and I'm looking forward to seeing what you do, regardless of who you pick to work with on this.

Fur: A shade darker red than his hair, disheveled in texture, typical fox markings like black "gloved" hands and feet and a white underbelly with a white tipped tail.
Tail: fluffy
Accessories: His teeth are pointed like that of a piranha, showing most prominently when he flashes his signature "used cart salesman" grin. Usually wears armor like the Thieve's guild uniform in Skyrim, owns a pair of simple unadorned daggers and had a set of ornate flintlock pistol with the seal of a green four leaf clover carved into the hilt.
Personality: A sly thief who loves only wenches and gold, and prefers using his silver tongue, stealthy skill, and swift reflexes to avoid combat and confrontation.
I've never had him done in Furry form before but I have plenty of reference pictures for his human form.
