i can save my video card. i look it over and didnt see anything harm. fan is in good shape. so i put back in and it start up like nothing wrong. i guess it be unknown to this day why i was having power failure. maybe when i was try use 400w to video card with display port. it was too much. so all i got to do pay $80 for 700w power box. THERE IS A PC GOD! lol
