Terms of Service for The Species Of The Experimental Files of Klinken Island
You must agree to the rules and terms of service in order to adopt one of PuppytheKat's original species . Please Read if you plan on adopting or already have. Feel free to ask any Questions!
There is a list of the owners and their pets ID's This prevents theft or Creation of them. The ID's are NOT randomly generated there is a code for their generation.
This also Prevents theft and Creation. The ID will make it very easy to spot a
fake. You have been warned.
After each adoption you will be added to the list.
RULES:
-The Experimental Files of Klinken Island are all closed species
Don't Create Your Own!
- Do not take credit for any of these species, always give credit to the original
creators.
-If for some reason you no longer want your pet, please contact the creator
PuppytheKat, She will either buy it back, approve of you re-selling, adopt it
Back or approve of it's regifting
(1) If you have approval of reselling please do not sell it for more than you got it!
+ This rule can only be by passed if it has additional art attached.
(2) If it was a gift from PuppytheKat You MAY NOT SELL IT!
+ If you no longer want it PuppytheKat will re-home it.
If you Own:
-As an owner you may trade your pet(s) with other owners if both trading
parties agree.
-You can change the Design SLIGHTLY! (color changes marking changes etc..)
-If you want to make any major changes you must first get approval from the
Creator
- You may name them
- Change Gender (This alters the ID please let Puppythekat know if you do)
- Give a Back story,Use in a fan-fic,Art,Music ect.
- They may form Colonies/Tribes/Clans or Packs
- You may roleplay these Groups
- Ranks In A Group:
+ Alpha (Male/Female)......Leader(s)
+ Beta (Male/Female)......….Alpha in training
+ Delta (Male/Female)..........Beta in training
+ Subordinate (Male/Female)......Normal Rank
+ Healer (Male/Female)..........There is a Healer and an Aprentince Healer
+ Pups/Kits (Male/Female) Those to young to have a rank.
- You may not breed unless approved by PuppytheKat
- You may NOT create hybrids
- (If approved There will be a cost for a one time use Breeding License)
- (Once approved PuppytheKat will work on the Design and Generate The ID)
- If your pet has no ID it is not valid
- If you want to design a new pet or Mutate to an extreme your current Pet PuppytheKat MUST approve.(Changing the type or design)
- (If approved There will be a cost for a one time use Lab Key)
- (Once approved Puppy will work on the Design in the Standard Base and Generate The ID)
- You may not change your pet and keep both versions, saying its two different pets
- Do not copy or steal someone else's pet
- Do not harass anyone for a pet
- Do not use to make any sort of profit or merchandizing
- ( any practice which contributes to the sale of products to a consumer. i.e shirts, stickers, posters, etc.. that you would be selling to other people for money)
- Do not sell without being in the clear through PuppytheKat
