Does she have her tail tucked, and has she been barking or making noises out of the blue?
When near that area does she drop her head or sulk?

Cant remeber but she did kneel down to her belly once then I pushed her out of my moms room and she like darted to my room

There are many ways to find/discover paranomals.
But to for most to understand they/I would have to know your house too. There could be multiple reasons why both scientific and ghostly, like I said I'd have to understand your house.
If you think there's something in that spot ghostly, ethier
A. Do what paranomal activity does and record that spot for at least a week.
B. take three picture three times a day *three being connected to trinity* this could kill your sleep tho...
Take three in the morning. Starting at 12am and times further on like 5am the 7am as long as its before 12pm
Take 3 in the afternoon if possible starting at 12pm, do this be for true night time.
Last take at night starting at least at 8pm finish befor 12 am.

Those time periods are what are deemed as the most spiritual times of the day. Picture with flash tend to work better than video since video can be distorted.
I personally can see/ have seen ghost and i do think I know what you are worried about. My old dog used to bark out into the hallway ever now and then, and it's cause this shadow of a man would glide back and forth through the hall way then goes down stairs. XC
I wouldn't worry about it, it's an unfamiliar stranger and feeling your dog isn't used to.

if your dog is off its food and not leaving a particular spot then it is more likely there is something wrong with the dog. she might have a bladder or urinary tract infection which makes it difficult and painful to pass water so many animals resist. another possible cause could be, if your dog has not been spayed, that she has met some friendly neighborhood dog and is nesting because she is pregnant.

Oh no, she pees just fine and she is spayed lol, I got her to go outside, was about 2 am becsuse I bet she couldn't hold it anymore

You can always sage the house. This will chase anything off. Its worth the time, and it works. At least if parinormal is the culprit. Its rather a creepy feeling of being wached, but nothing to be seen:p
