Blue dragons are sexy ! Lol

Most blues I know of tend to be water dragons, like myself. That played heavily on my choice. Favorite colors must certainly play a role I'm sure, but otherwise I can't explain the phenomenon. Blues DO like to hang out together. Sometimes, our colors might run on others! ;) Blues do like to chill with the reds though, such amazing contrast!

Do water dragons have special water powers, or do they simply live in the water? Or is it some of both?

It all depends on the species! Much like how some dragons have different breath weapons while some don't have any at all, some water dragons have strong, powerful affinities with the water and others simply dwell all-natural within the deep or coasts, just livin' life. It does of course vary with the individual. Common water dragon traits when applicable seem to include liquid shifting, water manipulation, steam breath or venomous features.

For my part blue is just what felt 'right,' not much more to it than that. :) Not sure why so many of us end up blue! As you say, red and green seem to be more traditional colours from mythology and I haven't met as many dragons who are those colours.

So Chioxin came about in this old game called Horizons, now known as Istaria. I was in the beta, and I made a little red dragon and ran around doing quest and what nots feeling awesome. Then I noticed everyone was red... So I went back to the drawing board when beta was over and made a blue dragon! There weren't very many at the time, so, I felt original!

I did not know about furries at the time. I had no clue they were predominantly blue! I have to say though, I don't know that many blue dragons. Just a hand full of most colors.

For some reason a vast majority of my dragony friends are blue, and the ones I see floating around in furry forums and stuff are blue or black.

Oh heck yeah... played forever before it was Istaria, then came back and played up until Ancient form.

Hehehe, I was pretty hard core until after ancient. Then the RP started to die away... As in, the actual worthwhile RP. To many dragons, not enough bipeds, to many "I'm a hatchling are you my mommy/daddy?" RP stuffs... When my chat room RP pub died, so did I. It's where Chio came from though!!! =D

Oh ya, I was on Expanse, before it turned into Order. What a fun way and event to merge servers though. That game failed miserably but it had some really awesome moments.

Almost exclusively blue. It is very bizarre, and I've asked about it many times in the past. O.o
