Because I can be honest with you and tell you, regardless of my TOS (due to my own IRL issues the past 1-2 years) i can afford to do a few refunds because that temp job I was working bbecame full time commitment. I literally went in at 2pm and got out of work at 5am. Whereas the next day I usually have to go into work again. Its been rough and achey on my body but thats mail for you.
Anyway. Please provide some type of proof if you can. A screen shot referrably if uou want a refund. I lost all my prices in my jarble of notes. Its really a mess. I need someone to organize that shit lol.
If you are still interested you are awesome. And crazy for for being so patient. Ill be upgrading sketches to inks. Inks to flats and flats to full colours for the horrible wait ive instilled upon you.
Please look at the queue. Please tell me if I forgot you. I need this list to be 100% accurate. If something is posted with wip. I will refund you a partial depending on the work did.

I of some reason don't like getting refunds :o
I dont like making people wait. I really dont...they could get better service elsewhere but I will always make it up inthe end product by upgrading it or offering a future discount.

and once it happened so that i completely forgot i comissioned someone >_< bad memory <_< tho always a nice surprise to suddenly get art! :D

Real life comes first, artists are not machines and delays happen, plus people shouldn't try to rush it because then it may be lower quality.
I would never ask for a refund under any circumstance.
You had no reason to speak up like that but it brought a smile to my face. My job really does get in the way now. I used to be a full time freelancer
But this year I just got my health benefits so I feel like it was worth it anyway.
Ive never achieved getting benefits before in any job! To keep them I must keep working, but I also can nog forget my duties to my clientele/friends.
I know I didn't have too but I am glad I did that way it made you smile.
Benefits are always nice, I just got mine a few months ago.
