...people who know their mate is in a dire position and fail to help in any way possible.
I'm not going to name names here cause it would violate the TOS but a very close friend of mine is being thrown out of his current living arrangement by a total asshole and his mate who lives in the next state over from where this is happening is acting like its not important.
Nothing more bothersome than someone who cares more about all the skype chats they're in than the well being of their mate.

I like to give the benefit of doubt. There could be details that you don't know. It's also possible they weren't really "mates". Furries have a bad rep of saying that when there just good friends.
