in addition to the several people doing them, there is are several kinds of decal midea you can get at art supply and stationary stores to run through your inkjet or color lazer printer.

if its for the wet kind, of course you'll want to use some kind of cealer before you float them off. but you can get transparent peal and stick and even for wax transfers, and there's the iron on heat transfer you can get as blank to print on too.

i want to do some of these myself, by my own printer is really crap for image quality. i wouldn't be surprised if some of the print shops might do these.
