Cleverbot isn't an AI. It just connects you to a random person.

AH wait nevermind i just now understood what you meant, in that it doesnt create its own actual responses but uses complete responses from other conversations that it has had in the past, picking the responses based on keywords? however though, isnt that exactly how human beings learn? haha
