Mark E. Rogers, the creator of Samurai Cat, has passed away. :(

I got to meet and talk with him when he was a guest at Anthrocon many years ago. Brought over my copies of the Samurai Cat books and he autographed every one.

I met him a couple of times. He was talented, gentle and hilarious.
I remember got him to draw in the Book of Rock at AC.
Talented guy he was and he seemed like a nice fella. Now the world is a sadder place.
Those were wonderful stories.
