These are my Terms of Service for all my art commissions thank you for reading!

• PLEASE warn me if your reference is NSFW (Not Safe For Work) as a majority of the time I'm either at school or at work!!

• After you have sent an email/note with references of your character, as well as your general idea for the commission, I will either accept or decline your request.

• If accepted, I will ask you for your paypal email address, and send you an invoice price according. Then and ONLY then will you be added to the queue.

• If declined please don’t take it to heart. There are just some things I either will not, or don’t have the ability yet to draw. It doesn’t mean I dislike you, or your character!!!

• If there’s a specific pose or theme let me know BEFORE I start your piece. If no pose or theme is suggested, then its full artistic liberty to me.

• A preliminary sketch may be requested for inked or Full Color pieces ONLY. At this stage any changes that are to be made are to be brought to my attention. If the sketch is approved I will go ahead and complete the piece

• You are advised to specify the size of his/her commissioned image, whether digital or traditional. Excessively large images (larger than 8x11) will cost more.

• You may resize/crop the commissioned artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the client cannot alter the artwork itself, or remove the watermark.

• If the commissioned image will be used for commercial purposes, I must be notified prior to the start of work. Commercial use of images will be decided upon on a case-by-case basis, and will result in an increased commission price. New terms of service must be decided upon before the Artist begins any work on a commission for commercial use.
