Dog Personality! - Friend needs help!

So It's Dissertation time and the deadline is closing in fast (19th March). I'm trying to help out a friend with her Dissertation as she's not having much success with it! She's doing a survey on the link between owner personality and dog personality. So if you own a dog would you please please please take a minute to fill out her questionnaire?

At first I thought maybe it was because I had a number, and a forward slash (mixed breed dog), so I took those out. But that didn't work, either.
I will try again later. ^_^
