Mobile Hotspot Modems

I have come to eat your soul.
For the last couple of months I have been getting on line via Mobile WIFI Cellular modems. So far here is what I experienced.
Device used: There current dedicated WiFI modem.
Method supported: WiFI connections only.
Pro: Dedicated 4G lte network
Con: 70/month USD, network is unreliable even a area they own, and they have a hard data limit of 10GB at that price. If you go over they lower it to about the same speed as a 56k baud modem.
Overall opinion: Not a bad service all in all, but not for one if your on a budget, as if you want say 100+GB per month you need to pay close to $200 a month. Customer Support is also highly lacking. Gaming and streaming is highly unrecommended, as they will crash... a lot.
Device used: Samsung Galaxy Victory 4g LTE, Android 4.1 operating system
Method Supported: Both USB and Wifi, even Bluetooth via PDANet and FoxFi (one time registration cost), I prefer USB connection personally
Pro: 4g LTE network with 3G backwards compatibility. Cost is $35 a month, no contract plan for normal Cell phone use.
Con: There is a data limit of 2.6GB per month like T-Mobile, Need to download and install a program for your computer as well to use it properly. Not all phones, like mine, support wifi hotspot usage. A phone call will knock you offline. Also the PDANet software in a PC (Win 8 in my case) does derp out occasionally, but resetting the computer helps solve that issue.
Overall opinion: Oddly this one is faster then even the T-mobile service when the data limit is reached, and uses the Sprint Network. As such I been able to play some demanding games like TF2, and even my fave EQ2 with almost zero lag issues, even when it drops down to 3g. Budgeting for me wise this fits my needs currently quite well as well. Heck I even been able to use the apps on it that require network usage at the same time with zero problems.
Now I know there are others I have not looking in to however pricing ise Virgin Mobile is the cheapest one out there for a starting monthly cost. All one needs to do is buy the phone and the phone I have only cost me $120 USD. So for now this will work me. If anyone has any suggestions
