Please, if you decide on commissioning me, you have to read and agree to the following TOS:
General Information
The prices are base prices.
They highly depend on complexity. If you want 2 characters with about 4 pairs of wings each, i would charge an extra fee. Normal commissions are not designs. I won't design a character for you here. If you plan on commissioning me, you need to at least have a coloured ref where I can pick the colours from easily. Please provide every information in the discussion stage. I won't edit work if you have forgotten to add details in the beginning.
Complexity fee: from +10$ to +40$
Fee for changes after the piece is finished: 5$-10$ each change. Only smaller things might get change. Pose will never get redrawn here for example.
Every additional character is + 50% of the base price.
First Steps
If you get a spot and contact me, please be sure to give me every little bit of information about the character, as mentioned above. If you have a certain pose or concept in mind, please explain as precisely as possible or show references. That also counts for backgrounds. If you want a forest, that's not really... precise.
But you also can give me the choice of choosing a pose and fitting background for you, if you like, which is called a wing-it commission. As for couples please explain their relationship briefly to me.
Please note that I do draw copyrighted characters when it is pointed out to me. (f.e. my frostiron pieces). If you want someone else's character in your picture I need! their consent that you are allowed to use them. If you want to share a commission with someone, I need you both to place a payment. I won't take payment from just one person to avoid any unnecessary problems, for example when one person decides to step off.
If we agreed on an idea, that's when the first half of the payment should be sent.
You can also pay everything up front, that is up to you.
Payment
Is only via paypal. I only allow transactions/bank transferals instead of paypal, from Germany. So if you live in Germany , you also could pay via bank transaction. If you live in a different country on this beautiful planet, we have to use paypal for the payment.
The first half of the price has to be payed up front. Second half can be send after the sketch is made and you, as the customer, approved it. I wont start drawing till at least half the payment is on my paypal account.
Progress
I work a job and study. So please refrain from asking every day about you commission. It doesn't make me draw faster (unfortunately). I usually work in order, so you don't have to fear that I complete someone's commission before yours. You can see how far your commission is in my profil page and in every journal. I will update it regulary. Of course you can get WIPs of the work, just send me a note and I can provide you with an update.
Also i will send you the finished sketch for approvement.
I'll change as many things as you like at this stage of the picture. After you signed it off, i won't change things without charging a fee, except when i forgot something or got something wrong when we discussed it, aka. when it was my fault. For additional changes, after the sketch was approved, i charge an extra fee of 5$ each.
Dropdown and Refund
I may turn a commission down with no given reason. Normally i will tell you why, but i dont have to. Some things are just not on my would draw list, and im not comfortable with them, so i wont draw them. It's better to turn it down than to deliver a product we both aren't comfortable or happy with. You can ask about whether your idea is okay, if you're not sure.
If the case occurs that i really can't finish a commission, i will pay you back minus the amount of money for the work done until then. You then recieve the unfinished piece and the rest of your payment. If you want to cancel the commission, it's the same thing. I always save the money until the transaction is completed, so I can always refund when necessary.
Reposts and Edits
I hold the right to the publish the piece and I will post your commission to every gallery of me that i want. If you don't want this, ill charge 10$ for not publishing it. You will get a high resolution, non watermarked picture from me, as well as a watermarked, smaller version you can upload to your gallery . Usually its min. over 2000 x 2000 px. You, as the commissioner, are allowed to repost your commission where ever you want, but please make sure to give credit to me.
This does not include advertising rights or distribution. You need the picture's rights for that. If you would like to use one of my artworks for your site/company what ever, i'll charge ten times the amount you paid for it. (aka. you paid 80$, then the rights for it would be 80$ x 10= 800$ extra.) This will give unlimited right to artwork and design forever.
Please don't edit or alter the picture without my consent. Not only is it against the copyright law, but it's also not very polite. If there is a change you want to make, please ask me about it and I might change it for free or charge a little fee, depending on the work.
I usually save all my files, so if you accidently lost yours, I can send them to you again.
Adoptables
I will not take reference sheets of characters/species you do not own yourself. If you want a design close to another, I need written consent of the person that owns this design. I will also not copy existing pop-characters. This concerns mostly the egg adoptables I sell.
When you buy a character from me, I will transfer the rights of the design to you, not the art. You can repost it of course, but you are not allowed to alter the picture. The design on the other hand is free for you to change/alter/ edit, just not the picture itself. You can ask me for certain changes.
You are allowed to resell adoptables for the same price you bought it for. But please shoot me a note so I know that you sold it. The rights on the picture itself stay with me.
What i will draw
I do clean, artistic nudes and adult work (to a certain extend, look below). Whether it's human, anthro or feral, no problem.
What i won't draw
- pregnacy and fatness as a sexual fetish
- vore, gore(only to a certain extend)
- muscel
- extreme humiliation and non-con
- watersports
- cub, shota etc
- diapers
- technophilia

Some explanations:
All illustrations have a background included. If you want an additional background to your commission (for an Iron Artist or Pin-up style one for example) it will cost more.
I don't do animated icons at the moment. So they're just non-animated ones.
I will add colours and a shadow as background free of charge.
Busts are from the titties-up.
Halfbodies are from thighs up.
Please don't tell me that my prices are too high or that the art is not worth it. Commissioning pieces, especially the full scenes, take a lot of time, hence, the price. If it's too expensive for you, i can understand this, but art is a luxury item and my work is a service i render. But I have always some discounts for regular customers and some special sales.
