Both times the buyer agreed to send enough to cover the fees. It was not required but it was nice.
The first time a buyer sends 20.90 paypal takes .91 for fees, leaving me with 19.99
The second time a buyer sends 20.91 paypal takes 1.12 for fees, leaving me with 19.79
I don't understand why that .01 made such a difference. Can anyone answer this for me?
