I don't think that it's very healthy and necessary to put a piercing on such a place, but I guess it doesn't must feel very good ^^;

Personally I can't bear the thought of having one. Besides, us guys already have enough "bling" down there; they're not called jewels for nothing.

I'd have to say it might hurt like hell for awhile, you are putting a piece of metal through one of the most touch sensitive areas of the body.
Cleaning may be a pain if you're not much of the hygienic type. It's kinda like earrings, you gotta be careful what kind of metal you're using or it may affect your skin. and since male genitalia is usually dirty from using restrooms or having sex or whatever...with that ring, you'll have to make sure to be extra clean down there.
I've looked it up every now and then to see what was so big about it, and some people say it's pleasurable...but that's their preference. As for the bathroom thing...I don't know what to say about that...
also, with any kind of piercing, there is gonna be a hole there, which seems scary to me. lol

These are all just my view on the subject, so you don't have to take it all to heart, but they seem logical to me. Just out of curiosity, what brought up the idea to get one? no need to answer, but just wondering. and good luck with your decision.

Holy rkngs dude, DON'T do it. Your genitalia is one of the most sensitive.spots onyour body. Yoi will havw to clean it A LOT, because all piercings on any part of the body have chances of being infected, not to mention metal will rust. I would not reccomend it; think about how it'll fee while you.wear.clothes? Not to mention it can be caught on things and PULL on your genitals...

The choice is yours, bit I say do not do it.

Ok so instead of going on a rant saying you shouldnt or dont or blah blah blah here. If you want to get a PA then I would say go for it. Its your choice and your body. However some things to keep in mind. As with any piercing you will need to take care of it. A PA unlike most piercings doesnt require nearly as much cleaning as other piercings may require. Why is this? Because its in the gennitalia where urine comes out. Contrary to popular belief urine is much more sterile than it is dirty. While yes I would recommend washing down there on a regular basis you dont have to worry so much about it getting infected from urine as the urine will actually help clean and sterilize the area. Dont believe me? Ask a piercing specialist or look it up yourself. Yes a PA can enhance pleasure and it can look cool. That being said you will have a hole in your genitals and that can lead to complications if you ever are trying to pee without the ring in. Best bet sit down to pee. The healing time can take a long time. Anywhere between four to six weeks. also NO SEXUAL CONTACT during the healing time and yes this includes self pleasuring as well. I dont have one myself, but various friends do.
Apparently it doesn't hurt as much as you would think to get a piercing there, or so they've said.
But they sit down to pee 100% of the time due to dribbling o.o
Apparently cleaning it is nothing difficult, and its not overly hard to take care of. Guys who have foreskins I know with it have aid theres really no difference anyways.
However people have also said the 6 weeks with no play can be trying.
Depending on how well equipped you already are, it can sometimes hurt people if they are not accustomed to your girth or length, as it's then an additional stimulus on top of their regular equipment. But you can always take it off.
Personally i've found PA's have made some people feel a lot better inside me, and some people feel worse. So it really depends on how you feel that day.
The only other thing is that there are apparently horror stories of bad reactions to the metal used for the piercing, but that goes with any piercing. This one just happens to be in a significantly more sensitive and important place.
