I agree...
I am actually glad that they changed the looks of the characters, mainly because if Goku would look like in the cartoon he would have to be a little kid with an impossible haircut that would make him look silly in live action

I am a big fan of the dragonball manga and anime, and i've been waiting for this movie to be made for a long time... since the first speculations... heck, i've even seen that old movie called "Dragonball The Magic Begins", and i was very dissapointed... But now that the trailer is out i am so excited that i can barely control myself...

The only thing that bother me in this movie is the fact that master Roshi does not have a beard and sunglasses, but that is just a minor detail that i can forgive them, if the move will rock...

Another thing that i like here is that the actor that played vampire Spike in Buffy and Angel series, has been chosen for the role of Piccolo
He was sexy as Spike, and he looks awesome as Piccolo, so i wish this to be a success...

Oh and did you know that the Dragonball MMORPG is in work, and the creator of the series Akira Toriyama is the character designer
