Actually, "love child" doesn't quite fit it - Amy aged thanks to Eggman on lil' planet, where one of Amy's egg-cell-thingies was taken then and used with one of Sonic's cells or so... dun ask me... xD;

Well yours is at least a different color and puts some thought into changing the style. His is simply a different shade of blue with some clothes. The problem is more of he refuses to admit the fact it's a rip-off, and his completely horrendous rp'ing skills.

From what I can tell, he ain't by far. Sure, the split spine thing on the back of his head is similiar, but aside that, yers is still more creative in design than Runnic is. Besides, as far as I know, Inferno doesn't have some cheap-ass "backstory" to him that pulls on any Cliché available, does he?

Well, Runnic's backstory, shortly summarized, goes as follows:

Eggman took some cells of Sonic and Amy, aged Amy somehow, had Runnic be born as "their" son, Runnic escaped, got super powers like his dad, is as fast as his dad, can travel through dimensions and is friends with the good guys and all of Sonic's enemies are his enemies, of course, too. Including the ones that don't exist any longer, like Mephiles.

Also:

Cliché – An expression so often used that its original power has been drained away, such as "dead as a doornail."

Cliché is language or story elements which have been overused.

well infernos back story isnt like that at all he has no perents
the only "cliche" thing that happenes is that he gets frozen for about a month or so

plus the official sonic cast dosent appear in infernos story only fan character ones

No nutsack,sweat and cum looks definitely weird...then well he says Runnic is just Sonic and Amy's son(as far as I could get the labyrinth-like story that tends to puzzle you a lot(just like Jules Cortazar books))and that his spines make him look like a complex purple Sonic.I wouldn't say he's an EPIC FAIL,at least he can draw digitally which by these days is becoming a requirement to be popular,with some exceptions of course,like you,but hey,I don't think I should deserve some voice for the opinion here...just replied here because of curiosity.Anyway I remember something similar happened between me and AF-JS at DA,becasue I told him his style was weird,the same I said about him at RULE34,and the freakin' guy just freakin' pissed off.It looks as if everyone is getting too freakin' serious about their mistakes,they just don't wanna admit'em,like most Sonicfans' hipocresy towards mediocre or not so good games,case Next-Gen,case Unleashed,Secret Rings(Wildfire),or RIDERS at their most expression of hipocresy.So well,that's my opinion,please correct me if I'm wrong about Runnic,but yeah,he's having lots of substancial mistakes in his drawings.But as I said,I don't thinkI should make an opinion here as I don't know him closely.

Exactly what I've been saying really. His main problem is putting in WAY too much detail, which ends up making certain parts look odd and out of place in the end. It is nice that he can draw digitally, but he makes no attempt to correct his mistakes.

As for the sonic fanbase, YES. I've been thinking about his for a while, and ever since I did my study from posting that pic of when I snapped a Sonic Unleashed game disc in two (hated the game), I got hate spam immediately. 98% of the sonic community likes his games simply because it's sonic again, they don't look for the actual quality of the game and its faults. A good fan isn't one who immediately buys everything that has Sonic on it, a good fan is able to see the faults, point them out, and tell Sega to fix them. I found a lot of people complaining "ZOMG WTF Sonic Unleashed is the best Sonic game ever it's better than SA1 blah blah blah." What's funny is that most of the higher-up fans, such as webmasters for TSS and Sonic Yoda, almost all hated the game. Sonic Yoda's webmaster actually closed the site, saying Unleashed was the final straw. SO yes, practically the whoel sonic fan community is biased in a sense.

Looks like we grew up in the same fanbase tree...I call those a ''real'' sonicfan community,thank God you knew the game wasn't good.I was planning in doing some kinda rant,but I know I may suffer from the same spam as you.BTW,can you show me that pic? I rejoice when watching real fans know what's cool and what's bad.I can tell you my anecdote,I was in some forums saying ''well Sonic Unleashed is copying Crash games in the night phases,then the camera looks odd,the map in the 360 is annoying and other things'',and you know what they replied to me? That the game was BETTER than Sonic Adventure 2,that it deserved a 10 and which is more,they don't respect the critics from reviewers,which is more,it is said by romours that they got threatened when reviewing Sonic Unleashed,the game itself hasn't got good critics,and the fan community is hiding all this things,just like the conspirecy of Sonic Next-Gen two years ago,and right now we can get to know the shitty Next-Gen was. But I think 98% of the fan base is not Sonicfreaks or Sonicfags,I'd say 76% maybe,because there are many SatAM fans and old Sonicfans who recognise the mistakes of the saga but those people simply don't want to appear at the Interwebs because they know perfectly the neo-fans will swear at them because they aren't the ''real'' fans as the freaks themselves.About Sonic Yoda,I think he might have gone too far,I playes the game and I hated the 360 version,but that doesn't mean the other versions were bad. Anyway I did the same with my copies.I bought at eBay the three Sonic Unleashed copies(Europe,USA and Japan),but I sold them right after playing them because I spent 100 bucks for no reason,the game wasn't worth a purchase for me.The problem with SONIC TEAM is that they keep admitting the audience who plays their games is the same as 13 years ago and that's not true,that's why the remake of SAMBA DE AMIGO was old and outdated for modern standards(not as it was in the DC era),so they don't wanna change the things for Sonic.I think Yuji Naka is at the same problem as Hideo Kojima for example.Naka should leave the Team or change his ideas towards audience who plays Sonic games,and I compare him with Kojima as he wants to leave MGS because he was bitching about the PS3 performance.Anyway,I didn't know how did the last Sonic game affect the fanbase.I think the same with happen with Black Knight in Europe.
About Runnic,I don't know if it's correct to give him a chance to correct his mistakes,if not please tell me how many times did you insist to this specimen about changing things in his drawings.

The problem with Sega is they keep insisting they'll go back to the classic style of gameplay; In very new game they give something that makes it more like the classics, but they also add in something completely retarded that takes all the fun out of it.

Oh, as for Yuji Naka, he left Sonic Team years ago, and is now the head of his own company, Prope.

Ah didn't know about Naka...well at least now the things look better,but I want to know now who is the head of the team right now,because he is so damn retarded to put an old beat 'em up mechanic to make a well expected game a gimmick.And yes,you'll always hear or read ''we will return with the old style'',the 2D was sufficient,the problem was the control,because I didn't know to what fuckin' direction I had to point at,which was weird,specially in levels that require rapid responses of the human hand.I hope that in 2011 Sonic Team doesn't screw up another anniversary,because we've had TWO bad anniversaries against ONE great(3D BLAST and Next-Gen) vs (Adventure 2).And yes,I've already read the review,just after reading it I knew everyone was reviewing so I did one too to share opinions,but haven't uploaded a picture of the broken disc LOL,I sold them,I just didn't want to see them again,and the Memory card I used for the game was old,and because I only had those files there...yeah I threw it into a sewer XD.Nice photo BTW.
