Ok so anyone who reads this should no I hardly ever really "journal" and I don't "emo journal" that said - here I go....


So I'm having some furry friends over for a little holiday photo shoot and Im thinking I ought to make some nice little munchies. I'm strapped for cash and barely paying my bills so I have to do this on the cheap. I figure some sugar cookie dough, some cheap cutters and sprinkles and I can whip out a few dozen tasty holiday treats.

Wait - It goes downhill - fast.

So on my way to the store I get rear ended.

Fast forward - I get home with the dough and other junk - I roll it out 1/4" thick (those in the know should already be snickering)... I cut my shapes I throw em on some parchment, stick those bad boys in a toasty 350º oven... and 10 minutes later.

MY GINGER BREAD MEN LOOK LIKE JABBA THE FOTHER MUCKING HUTT!!!!

DAMN YOU PILLSBURY DAMN YOU TO HELL!!!!

So now I have a few dozen mutated WTF Christmas Cookies. I went out and bout a pack of "pre cut" cookies to try and save my pathetic a$$.... pop em out and hey - these suckers are what .... 1/8th of an inch thick? That's right 1/8th!!!! So I grab some leftover dough, roll it nice and thin, bake, hey LOOK NO MUTANTS!!!

FRAGGIN TYPO ON THE PILLSBURY DOUGH MADE ME MAKE 2 DOZEN JABBA THE HUT GINGERBREAD MEN, A DOZEN MELTED GLOBS OF PINE TREES, AND SOME PENIS LOOKING CHIRSTMAS STOCKINGS!

Look out Mr PIllsbury Doughboy... I'm coming for you. *Snort*
