I had a plan, that all'd go well, but too soon that plan failed and fell.

Since that day I've had time to think, but also time to sulk and sink.

Don't you worry you restless souls, for this journal is about my goals.

Which, since then, have shrunk and withered, but in the end have not tethered,

Me to a point in time nor space --But to an altogether better place.

A place where feel how God resides. In every hooman, fur, and lies

In wait to shine though, to liken, to lead -- But all this whilst never being seen.

I am better now, no thanks to me -- but I accredit a friend who was there indeed.
