Hehe of course. I've been wanting to see Diddy Kong confirmed as returning in Smash Bros. for Wii U/3DS since the games were first shown at E3. X3 I thought they'd show him last week with the Japanese release of Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, but since they went with Little Mac instead, I figured the North American/European release would be the one they'd do it on. I'm glad I was right. ^^
Well, I can see some 'weirdly' stretched texures and twisted polygons at the base of his arms (where his arms are connected to his torso) in some pics, but I'm sure that'll be fixed in the final game. ^_^
And no, there wasn't any doubt, the moment I saw Diddy I thought: "Edward might like this". X3
As for the whole twisted polygons at the base of his arms, I never really noticed those because my eyes were focus on "two different areas" in the majority of the pics, if you know what I mean. ;3
Probably intentional~ >w> They obviously knew how wonderful Diddy's monkey feet are, and wanted to show the true beauty of them as he was put into the fray~
Nintendo of America must be catching on to Japan's liking for monkey feet~ >w> I do like the Kongs' feet, too...~ Should definitely get the game if that's the case. |3
Awesome to see Diddy make a comeback! <3

And yeah, they do seem to have a fondness for monkey/ape feet. I, for one, am glad it results in some very nice poses in the artwork. X3
As am I~
