*hugs* When I get anxiety attacks I go take a shower. They usually help a bit.

I used to have anxiety attacks but I managed to learn how to take care of it. As soon as you start to feel one coming on take deep breaths over and over till it drops. Sometimes I would lay down and get myself comfortable while taking calm breaths. Sometimes taking a small nap from it helps. I am glad that it was nothing more than an anxiety and you are doing fine now dear. Sorry for the late comment but I do hope what I told you would help you if it ever happens again. Hopefully never again.
