ASK PERMISSIONS and I will probably say yes. Make a "hug me?" gesture and I will go in a for a slow, sloth hug. Don't rush me.

If you want! I'm allergic to beer though (gluten)

Like I said above, ask permission for hugs (verbally or with body language) and I will likely give it to you. Snuggles are only for my friends.
