help me with some drama guys

back at deviantart i seem to have gotten into drama with this one person
i dropped it and let it go but they brought it up again a few hours ago calling me out on a journal i cant even comment on because she blocked me lol.

I compared the boxes in a close up and...suspiciously, they look the same, proof here: http://fc03.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2.....er-d75uf3f.png
she says they were based on MS paint boxes and that i dont "copyright" anything so i cant complain??

so, idk, what do you guys think?? i have not been able to contact the person anymore because they immediately blocked me, so if ya think i have been able to do much on my own, youre wrong, my hands are tied.

As for what you can do, not much. It's not a ripoff, there aren't enough similarities to get them to take it down. The best you could have hoped for from the moment you saw it is that they credit you for inspiration.
the funniest part, which i forgot to mention, is that i was in their "inspirations" list before i commented on the fact the pieces looked really similar.
after that i went from idol to the most hated person on her list it seems
but she never gave credit for the piece and kept denying everything.

I found the person's deviantart, hoping to screenshot the journal calling you out for you, but they seem to have removed it - or if it was in the comments of their most recent one, they hid all the comments.
Oh wow, yeah i went to the journal myself and turns out she literally just deleted everything she wrote about me, and hid all the comments that were pretty much calling her out.
