I am actually Bi, so I do have a choice, therefore control.

I can chose not to give in to it. I used to be straight and homophobic, it shouldn't be hard to become straight and homophilic.

-phobic is the opposite of -philic. And if I was, I wouldn't have been so repulsed by it when I saw it.

I must agree that God is love, and if a sin it's no greater then gluttony, greed, or sloth. They're are other reasons I have for turning straight, and I've been thinking about it hard before I went- or even knew that they were going to talk about it in church. Even if it's not a sin, it may be a sign.

Even without the religious aspect, I was thinking of going straight anyways. It just pushed the final calculation. Ans speaking of push, I'm feeling a lot of push-back on a decision that I asked for support on.

I've always felt a stronger emotional attachment to girls, with guys it's more about {Insert human version of YIFF here}. With girl's it's more about the romance.

I don't mean to dog on your religion, but I don't think bottling up your feelings is a good idea. You might start to feel regrets later.

I'm bi, so it won't be that hard for me. And I usually only feel strong romantically emotions towards women. With men it's mostly about wanting sex.

You literally said you're into both, so it WON'T be hard for you to only be into one.
Also, the bible says that marriage is between a man and a woman, it does NOT say homosexuality is a sin.
The place where it says that has been debated for years as a translated mishap.

Also, if you take everything it says a truth, then you can't eat shrimp, lobster or crab.
You can't work on saturdays or sundays.
A woman who has had sex outside of marriage is to be stoned to death
Marriage and sex with your relatives is fine.
And a lot of other things.

You're meant to take it all with a grain of salt and simply take it as good words to live by, not a strict rulebook.

Otherwise, most of what humans do today is sin, including YOU.
Wishing to or seeing beings such as furries is considered an afront to God's image and creations and is considered heracy in itself.

Also, you can't just SAY you're straight if you're bi.
