Oh man, that is really creepy. Why is she all of a sudden telling you all this? o.o

I've been told that ever since her father died, she's had a tough time coping with things, and she hasn't taken her medication. Who knows really, I barely ever talk to my neighbors anyway. Best I can do is play along with her and keep their family notified. It's gotta be rough with her family :/
