My Graphics card is dying.

wonderful wonderful ~ one of the fans just... died - so now its running at a Sweltering 60 Celsius at a constant rate... Then when i play a game it hits temps up to 96 - 99 Celsius... NO way to cool it with one fan....
is there anyone that can help me with this? D: my PC is just... dying slowly x.x I need a new graphics card... I would be forever grateful.
i will probably be taking commissions to get money for such things... x.x

What type of card?
Yap... and the fan closest to the back of the card doesnt spin or spins for a moment then stops
In the mean time, a small dollar store fan, and an open case, should do the trick.
If You would like to just replace the entire assembly, grab your screw driver, some thermal paste, a hair dryer (for heating the heatsink up to loosen the onboard paste) and alcohol for paste cleaning.
