I've always wondered if I could do commissions. Problem is I don't even know the process, plus I seriously doubt I'm good enough to start commissioning!
Another major problem is I have no scanner. Which is a problem since I draw it out on printer paper and a mechanical pencil. Plus I can't use Photoshop anymore since I have a laptop that probably won't run older versions of Photoshop.

So basically, need a scanner, a image editing program, better skills, and figure out how I'd set up the commissioning. ....Yeah, definitely want to wait until I at least have a scanner.
