realistically there are way better artist's than myself who had years of training and got themselves on the map. Me , i'll be forgotten altogether but I'm still going to draw anyway

It takes time to learn to draw, I just got back into it and now that im kind of learning to draw eyes I kind of started learn to draw my own.

Why you so down on yourself?

because I often doubt my own abilities because some asshole has some piece a fuckin paper called a "master degree" which means he/she is a far superior artist than myself. They make me feel as if I can never amount to anything.

don't let people get you down. just because someone has a masters dosn't mean anything. that just means they passed classes to get the degree. never let anyone else make you feel insignificant i mean hell there's alot of better artist out there then myself but all i say is damn they drew that well and move on. everyone has there own style mine is kinda cartoony and anime sorta but that dosn't mean that i am less then anyone because of a talent. your a human and you do what you like that's all that should matter

yeah. I should move on a focus on what I like. easier said than done but fuck it. Maybe that why they're better artist out there then me because I aspire to be as good as they are or maybe observing and even copying their art style may help me improve. If anyone gets mad that I've emulated someone else, well that their fucking problem. maybe this journal is an excuse to external my own self-loathing and place it onto others for some sick satisfaction.

just take things slow you don't have to be like anyone else. and your own style is what makes a great artist

even if copied from another artist so I might get better.it's like everyone does the same poses and some artist wants to be the one who started it and get's so upset that others are emulating it. like he/she god's gift to this world of fakeness and inflated egos. the artist I use to admire on DA turned out to be asshole thus I no longer cared about their latest work because the artwork represents them. I don't want to see any of their shit if they're an egotistical fuckwit.

Yeah... I hear you completely. Even I've seen many faces of DeviantArt, either good or bad. Mostly good, but rarely bad.

and most folk on DA were not very friendly to me or just indifferent. some of your friends there and here really hates me and I won't name names lest shit get real ugly.
