Instead of how mcdonalds does where you have one interview then one with the hiring manager if they like you i went straight to the hiring manager...which is also the guy that will be running the place soon. he said a few times that i musta read the mcdonalds 101 or something so that must mean i did good right? even a few times they said they liked me in front of me...so that must be some pointers....i hope i get this job...i really need it
