Fox News and Hotel Lobby/Restaurant TV Screens

This is a fine hotel. The rooms are excellent and very posh ... especially for the con-negotiated rate. I hope FurSquared continues to use this fine establishment. My only "raised eyebrow" moment was realizing that the TVs they have in the public areas are turned to Fox News.
You'd think that a national chain like Sheraton would want to avoid news with a stated and intentional bias or slant. I'd feel the same way if they had "the Young Turks" or MSNBC playing.
Then again, they also put TV screens in the hotel restaurant. That's something I've grown to loathe in normal restaurants as an unnecessary distraction. To have it in a hotel where I'm trying to relax is even more annoying. The annoyance only grows when those screens are showing Fox.

Sylvan

Or eat out. :)
Wish you were here, my friend. It's really the perfect size for casual hanging out, going to the occasional panel, or just meeting new furs. Nice place. I'll definitely be back next year.
