First off, what program are you using? Usually each frame is either on a separate layer depending on the program~

the only program that i use to draw is PaintToolSAI

Okay, unfortunately in Paint Tool SAI there isnt an option to make gifs. But you can export each of your layers in paint tool sai to a photoshop file.

You can get Adobe Photoshop CS2 from the Adobe website for free. It's technically Freeware now, you just need an account. (Meant to be there for people that purchased it in the past but it's free for everyone to download so it's alright!)

Basically, each of those layers that you have from SAI is a separate frame for your animation, so with that, you just make that frame visible on the timeline for the animation and go along the tutorial from there.
