There is the http://www.thecritterfactory.com/ who is here in the Orlando area and does quality work and usually has availlability. If you pay upfront and talk to the owner, Media, he might be able to bump you up in the queue and get it done sooner.

Also www.madefuryou.com/gallery/wolves/ which is in Tampa I believe, and they also have a nice gallery of work. They tend to be booked solid though, so that would be tougher to get into.

I've some seen some local suits by http://www.sunnyvalleyc.com/ and they are nice and tooney, but again, waiting list here.
