we lost another fur

i just found out that another fur has left us
"My heart has joined The Thousand, for my friend stopped running today..."
It is with deep sadness that I must inform everyone of the upcoming passing of furry artist Lyn "Ferret" Thomson. He suffered a severe stroke last Thursday night in his home in Abilene, Texas, and never regained consciousness. He is now brain-dead in a Fort Worth hospital. Tests are being performed for organ donation.
Lyn was a veteran of many furry conventions, including ConFurence, Mephit Fur Meet, AnthroCon, and Texas Furry Fiesta. A prolific artist, he contributed many cartoons to publications such as the _Dallas Brawl Update_ and _South Fur Lands._ His Fur Affinity account can be accessed here: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/furet/
He leaves behind a sister and many friends. Memorial services are pending.
