VT Chili fest meet?

Hey guys! I should probably do an update because a lot of things have changed for us but I'll do that a little later!
ok! so this weekend is the state chili festival in middleburry! I would love to go fursuiting with some people or at least go hang out there!

There is a $5 admission fee
I have contacted them and we are all set to go for fursuiting! I will be in suit and I hope other people can come too!
I would like to formally invite anyone who can make it under the rules of best behavior and such as My BF and I will know many of the people there and will need to deal with them after this ;)
Sorry if any of this is confusing but I haven't done an event before! Also I apologize for the short notice I only knew about the event myself the other day.
so who's up for it?
Where should we meet so we can find everyone? (IE, next to a fountain, a certain building, etc) You said you'd be in suit, so I'm guessing you'd be easy to spot.
Is there a restroom or someplace to change in private, or should we arrive in suit?
I can wear my ears and tail to help me get found. Question is, where will we be able to change into our suit, seeing its an outdoor event?
And you didn't specify a certain time to arrive. What time should we be there?
Are pictures allowed?
Sorry to asking all these questions. I just want to make sure I have all the info down before I go. If we can sort these last few questions out, I'll likely go. <3
