A little life update~

The journal part is down there.
So, where to start...
If you haven't noticed, I actually got commissioned last week! Haven't had one since those two yet, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
I finally finished illustrating a short "ABC" for my history class, so that's 26 drawings I don't have to worry about now. (In other words, YAY! FREE TIME!)
I'm actually going to be headed down to LA over spring break to visit my sister. I haven't been down there for around 10 years(?) so that should be fun. ^^
Aaand my school is having a prom sometime soon-ish. It WAS going to be "Alice in Wonderland" themed and fancy and stuff, but my junior class voted to change it to "Duck Dynasty" themed. >>
There's NO WAY ON EARTH that I'm going to THAT.
...
Except now I have to, because they voted me onto the prom court. ><
Horaaaaaaaay...... ^^;
Anyways, that's about it.
I've got to think of some new stuffs to draw!
EDIT: Just got confirmation that the prom ISN'T Duck Dynasty themed, but it IS country themed, so... Yeah...
But how exciting that you're on the prom court. (:
They let us know via prank though. The principal called us in, (with our parents even there) and accused us of cheating on our standardized state testing. They said that we'd have to retake them under supervision and that we now wouldn't be eligible for scholarships etc. This went on for three minutes until they said "HA! YOU GOT PRANKED! YOU'RE ON THE PROM COURT!" and threw candy at us. xD
I would be terrified if that happened to me though. xD

It's great, because earlier they asked me if I could edit this year's prom video. (You know, reactions etc. to being told they're on prom court etc.)
In other words, when they yelled:
"...AND YOU'RE ON CAMERA! We're going to use use this in the prom court video, you know that one?" :D
-"Yup! I was asked to edit it!" ^^;
"...OH." :D
I'd totally love to see the video!
