Oh wow...that is a big problem, and I've seen kids walking around with cell phones and A LOT of vocal (at least) aggression when I am playing stuff with my friends.
But...I think I got my first cell phone...maybe when I was 13? I don't remember. I only had a cell phone because my mother worked at the same school and somewhere else so she had to make sure I was still alive. I got out of school quicker than she did since she taught middle school while I was in elementary school.
Is that bad...?

I've been saying children should learn to walk, talk and use the crapper before they should ever watch TV for years, which is why TV programs TARGETED at children who should be learning to do those things piss me off to no end.

I'm not opposed to kids having phones, but on one condition: It can't be an internet-capable or media-capable. It's got be one of those cheap "emergency use only" phones.
