Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using http://www.furaffinity.net/user/AngelColette & https://www.facebook.com/TiffanyGuthrie2005 website (the "Service") operated by My FurAffinity / My Facebook: Tiffany Guthrie (Reynolds) ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of commissioning Collet The Bloodelf and Cassie the Drakitty A.K.A. Tiffany Reynolds is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use this to obtain digital and physical goods from us.
By accessing or using this service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Also commissions will not be worked on until you have given payment to the artist. No exceptions.
In no circumstance are you allowed to remove the watermarks from your commission.
As well as if you post it anywhere, credit must be given to the artist, or ciated somewhere on your post by you, that you did not make the artwork.
A minimum of one month shall be given to the artist to complete the commissioned piece of work and a maxiumum of three months. This allows the artist to be given time to complete the service you are owed.
It is at the artist's discrition whether they would like to take on a commissioner or not.
Also if commissioner wishes for a piece of the work they bought to be taken down by the artist, the artist has the right to keep it posted, unless otherwise agreed upon by both the customer and the artist.
The artist also has the right to deny any commissions including characters or anything owned by anyone who is on the the black-listed list.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We hold the right to stop commissioned work at any given time but with notice of doing so.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Also once a commission had begun, no refunds will be issued. If it has not been started, than the money will be fully refunded to you. If it has been started than you are no longer eligible for a refund of any sort.
Also your commission is void if you slander the artist in any way shape or form, you will not be eligible for a refund, you will not be given your services aka your commissioned work and will be black-listed from using this service again.

❮・・GOVERNING LAW・・❯

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
