I have returned from my travels to the spiritual gathering known as "Furnal Equinox". This was my very first time appearing at such a gathering...quite an experience indeed. It seems the folks of Furnal Equinox are fond of a grumpy, majestic figure such as myself.

I also was coerced by a white tiger and his henchmen to exhibit some of my...ahem..."negotiation" skills in their celebration of something called a "Masquerade". My form was terrible, and I feel terrible about it - I must inhibit my intake of alcohol and stretch my old bones more. Others have told me otherwise, but an old dragon knows best - he who uses a rusty sword can cut through nothing. I must sharpen my abilities, which have dwindled due to all this wonderful wine provided by my brother.

A sincere thank-you for those that were kind and said words of admiration. It is nice to know that my grumpyness is not infectious - after all, I wouldn't be considered grumpy if everyone was.

I look forward to returning next year. As for now, the winds are blowing me towards another one of these spiritual gatherings...one month away, in the kingdom known as Michigan...
