Rabbit valley Customer Service is awesome!

I ordered 2 new books from Rabbit valley because I needed something new to read... well, I placed my order but stupid me realized at the last second AFTER I placed the order I forgot to include my Apartment number into the order so I emailed them and they were able to fix it for me which is awesome. (I know my company at work cant fix addresses after an order is placed so I'm excited about that)
Well After they fixed my address they did mention in a reply email that I had mixed media in my order.. meaning I ordered a Physical copy of a book and a digital Copy of another one... when I originally wanted both to be Physical.. so i could read them at work during slow times. They said they mentioned it because they rarely ever saw orders with mixed media and thought it was strange so they wanted to know if it is really what I wanted.
I responded mentioning my 2nd apparent screw up and Id appreciate it if they could fix my order and that i was sorry for being an idiot and not paying attention to my order.
Well a few days later I get an email saying my order has shipped but it said it only shipped one item.. and I got a 2nd email saying my digital copy of my book was ready as well.. So i emailed them to see if I could somehow get a refund for the digital copy so i can order the correct one.. at that point I was fine with having to pay shipping again considering I screwed up my order and it was my own stupid fault.
They emailed me back stating they actually shipped out both books as physical copies and that because of a system error it sent me a digital copy as well. and he said MY price was adjusted accordingly for the 2 physical copies of my book and the Digital copy was free and he said he was also able to provide me with a 2nd day air shipping which would have normally been more expensive than what i paid for in shipping.
So I came out on top with a cheaper shipping and getting a free copy of a book. Though I honestly do not feel comfortable keeping a digital copy which isn't what I want/can use and told them they can deactivate the digital from my account since I have never touched it. Whether they deactivate it or not is up to them but I have no intention of downloading the Digital copy.
but they are awesome. I Highly recommend ordering comics/movies/books from them just because they are awesome :3

Smaller companies like Rabbit Valley offer such service because it's their customers they know that they appreciate. Big business on the other hand kinda, steps on everyone
It's called Rabbit Valley for a reason! Because bunnies make everything awesome, and customer service is no exception! :D
